By offering more services…
I did more damage to my practice because people will pay high $$$ to an expert at one thing than an expert who dabbles into everything.
I mean, think about it, if you wanted to do a facelift, would you prefer a plastic surgeon or a family physician? They’re both doctors, right? So, why do you prefer one to the other?
Exactly, one has spent his whole life doing facelifts, so you trust him more, and he gets your money.
While the other has done a bunch of things, so can't trust him to do this right.
The same rule applies to your virtual practice.
And my practice didn’t grow until I cut out the fluff and narrowed down on one thing.
